We welcome smokers, but do not permit smoking in the house. a 10% deposit is required to secure a booking. This will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the day of arrival. We would prefer our guests to arrrive after 2 p.m., but we are happy to make arrangements for an earlier arrival provided you let us know in advance. We regret that we cannot accept credit cards or Switch. Sorry, but we do not accept pets.
