  • We welcome smokers, but do not permit smoking in the house.
  • a 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. This will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the day of arrival.
  • We would prefer our guests to arrrive after 2 p.m., but we are happy to make arrangements for an earlier arrival provided you let us know in advance.
  • We  cannot accept credit cards or Switch.
